Shipping Policy
Orders are fulfilled by the official shop from regional warehouses. This page describes typical delivery windows and how duties and taxes are handled.
Where we ship from
We ship from warehouses in the European Union and the United States. The warehouse used depends on your delivery address and is shown at checkout, which keeps customs paperwork to a minimum for most destinations.
Delivery estimates
Estimates below are business days after dispatch and exclude customs clearance.
- European Union: 2–5 business days
- United States: 3–6 business days
- United Kingdom and Switzerland: 4–8 business days
- Rest of world: 7–15 business days
Duties and taxes
Prices for EU and US destinations include applicable sales tax where required. For other destinations, import duties and local taxes are the responsibility of the recipient and are collected by the carrier.
Tracking
A tracking reference is emailed when the parcel is dispatched. If tracking has not updated for five business days, contact the shop or support with your order number.
Failed delivery and address errors
If a parcel is returned because an address was incomplete or delivery was refused, we can reship once the address is corrected. Additional shipping charges may apply for repeated failed attempts.
