Who is responsible for your data

Rokttena is the data controller for the information collected on this site. For order, payment and delivery data, the controller is the entity operating the official shop, and its privacy notice applies at checkout.

What we collect

We keep collection to the minimum needed to run the site and answer enquiries.

• Enquiry data: name, email address and the content of your message, when you contact support
• Technical data: pages visited, approximate region and browser type, only if you consent to analytics cookies
• Cookie preferences: your consent choice, stored locally in your browser

Why we use it

Enquiry data is used solely to answer your question and keep a record of the case. Technical data, if you consent, is used in aggregated form to understand which pages are useful. We do not use your data for automated decision-making or profiling.

Legal basis

Answering your enquiry is based on your consent or on steps taken at your request prior to a possible contract. Analytics cookies are based exclusively on your consent, which you can withdraw at any time without affecting your ability to browse the site.

How long we keep it

Support enquiries are kept for 24 months after the case is closed, then deleted. Analytics data is retained in aggregated form for a maximum of 14 months.
